Ggiata was started by three friends-- Noah Holton-Raphael, Max Bahramipour, and Jack Biebel --as a cloud kitchen in New Jersey.

They opened their first Los Angeles store in Melrose hill. They now have locations in West Hollywood, Venice, Highland Park, and Studio City.

Our tip suggests that Pitchbook reports that GroundForce Captial has invested in Ggiata, but we have not confirmed if this is true or to what extent. Know anything more? Let us know!
